With thanks to Clifton All White Football Club, we are hosting a charity race night to help raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK

About this Event

This event is sponsored by SPONSORERS NAME HERE Who are kindly supporting our ride in June 2020

There will be 8 races with 8 horses per race, each horse will be cost £1 per bet with as many bets as you want.

You can also buy you own horse and name it, you can even become a jockey.

The final race (race 8) will hold an action per horse prior to the bets being open.

Race Night – Race Sponsorship

We are looking for a race sponsorship for the night, your company name will be mentioned before every race, be on all our flyers promoting the event across all our social media platforms.

The cost of race night sponsorship is £50

Tickets are just £5 which include a pint on entry.

Prize money is up for grabs in eight different races throughout the evening, with bets costing just £1 each. You can also buy a horse for £5, giving you the chance to win £20 or be a jockey for £3 giving you the chance to win £12

We have opportunities to sponsor each of the 8 races. For only £50 we will name one of the races after your company. Your name and logo will be displayed on the printed programme and pre-event marketing; your race name will be mentioned by the compere throughout the evening.

Once all of the 7 races are complete, we will then auction off race 8 with each horse going to the highest bidder. The idea is to raise as much money as possible for the Prostate Cancer UK and whatever the amount raised comes to, the winner will get half, the charity will get the other half.
